Phase 1: Scope of the Project (1 week)

• Produce Quotation Proposal with timeline and planning
• Quotation approval - sign contract
• Start project

Phase 2: Mock-up Design & Development (1 - 2 weeks)

• Site structure development
• Developing graphic concepts
• Developing navigation systems
• Ongoing feedback and approval from client

Phase 3: Production & Testing (3 weeks - 2 months)

• Content integration
• Back-end application development (database, email system)
• Finalizing graphic design
• Testing for cross browser, link, SEO
• Final approval and upload to production server

Phase 4: Website Launch & Service

• Launch & completion of financial transactions
• Continued technical support
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Web Marketing (if agreed)
• On-going maintenance (if agreed)
